Day 1: Bahir Dar (Lakeside Town)
In the morning fly to Bahar Dar. Transfer to your hotel for check in. Take a half day boat cruise over Lake Tana to visit the 14th century ancient island monasteries of Ura Kidane Mehret and Azwa Mayam. In the afternoon, drive to TisIsat Village to visit the majestic Blue Nile Falls.

Day 2: Gondar-The City of Castles - (The Camelot of Africa)
In the morning drive to Gondar and visit the 17th Century capital of Ethiopia called Gondar. Start your visit at the castle compound (UNESCO WHS) and King Fasiledes Bath. Return to the hotel for lunch. In the afternoon you will visit the Debre Birhan Selassie (The Light of Trinity church) with wonderful murals, Qusqam church and Mentwab Palace.

Day 3: Excursion to the Semein Mountains
Morning drive to Debark where we stop to fulfill park entrances formalitesthen proceed to drive up to Chenquilit Site- a segment of the Semein Mountains. Continue on trekking to the deep view of the Simein mountain and by chance will see Minilik fox but Chelada baboons are grant to bee seen and spectacular of all Ethiopian landscape also termed as the 'Roof of Africa'. Observe the magnificent Scenery.

Day 4: Axum- (Mysterious Monoliths)
Early in the morning, drive to the ancient town of Axum through the chains of Semien Mountains and the Tekeze River Valley.

Day 5: Sightseeing tour of Axum
After early breakfast, visit Stelae Park, St. Mary’s Church the Sanctuary Chapel which is the repository of the Arc of the Covenant, the Coronation yard, Queen of Sheba’s Palace Ruins, Axum Museum and the Quarry where stelae used to be made.
Overnight: Yeha HotelDay 6: Axum-Mekele
In the morning, drive to Mekele visiting the 5th Century Temple of Yeha. The temple is believed to be the oldest standing building in the country. Proceed to the 6th century famous Monastery of Debre Damo ( permitted only for men & accessible by rope only)established by Abune Aregawi one of the seven Saints came in Ethiopia in the 6th century in the reign of King Kaleb to spread Christianity in different parts of the country.
Overnight: Mekele-Axum Hotel
Day 7: Mekele-Lalibela- The Eighth wonder of the world, The 2nd Jerusalem Drive to Lalibela via Wello chains of Mountains.

Day 8: Sightseeing of Lalibela
Full Day visit of Lalibela. Lalibela is the site of eleven remarkable rock hewn monolithic churches, believed to have been built by King Lalibela in the late 12th or 13th century. These notable structures are carved inside and outside of solid rock, and are considered among the wonders of the world.

Day 9: Excursion to Yimrehane Kiristos
'Let Christ show us the Way': built-up cave church, located 42km north-east of Lalibela town. This church which is in similar architecture as that of Axumite wood and stone construction, said to predate the churches of Lalibela. It is celebrated for its interior decoration. According to local tradition the church was built by King Yemrehanna Kristos between 1087 and 1127. This church is built – rather than excavated – within a cave. It sits atop a foundation of olive-wood panels and features whitewashed marble panel exteriors. It is one of the most incredible church outside of Lalibela.

Day 10: Lalibela-Dessie
Drive from Lalibela to Dessie on the way visit Haik Estefanos Monastery or Genet Mariam semi-monolithic churches.

Drive through the eastern escarpment and through a series of small towns back to Addis Ababa. Where the tour Ends offering you transfer to Bole Airport to catch your International flight.
